About The American Practitioner Project 2025
There have been many Practitioners of different Paths standing in the gap for decades, fighting for and Protecting the rights of all followers of non-Abrahamic and Earth Based Paths who reside in the United States. They have fought for abilities that many of us have been grateful for, such as the right to claim “pagan” as a faith in the United States military. It is now time that We the Practitioners begin building ourselves up in preparation for a possible less tolerant political victory in elections to come from around the world, but especially for those held here in the United States. Through the sounding board of National Black Hat Society, Practitioners are completing this task through embodying a personal policy that respects and further Protects the Sovereignty of Free Willed choices of each American Practitioner, as well as through Practitioner Leadership Training garnered in a partnership with Three Circles Medicine & Magick and their teaching of topics such as Ethics in Magick.
It is always darkest before the dawn.
The actions of all politicians in Washington have created a desperate need for anyone who walks an Earth Based Path to rally together and seize this divine opportunity to start undoing and healing the long-term damage that self-serving politicians have cast upon American Practitioners of various Paths for years. It is time to begin building a better, more tolerant, and less personally judgmental country for all American Practitioners in 2025.
It is not enough for We the Practitioners to join in the political foray and win elections in our respective locations. If we are going to rescue ourselves, our families, our friends, our Animal Allies, …the country --from the grip of dogma-driven Ego-drunk radical politicians, then we need both a united agenda to solidify our collective Intent and empower strong Practitioners to stand in not-so-friendly places to continually do this Work. This act of service is for ALL OF US. Some of these respected Practitioners are already poised and ready to continue the Work required to carry out this Magickal Mission – our United Agenda. Some Practitioners have been here from the start.
This is the goal of the 2025 American Practitioner Project.
Having the Knowledge of the Intent, the United Agenda, will empower you, the Practitioner, to continue to build on four pillars that will, collectively, pave the way for an effective path to Individual Sovereignty: a united Practitioner agenda, increased numbers of openly and freely practicing individuals – unafraid of being persecuted by those who deal in the intolerant rhetoric around them, Practitioner Leadership Training, and a playbook that has already been tested and utilized through Three Circles Medicine & Magick with Positive Results.
The American Practitioner Project is the effort of a broad cooperation of Individual Practitioners, Businesses, and Organizations from the US and around the world that have come together to ensure a powerful and prosperous way for the respect of Sovereignty for all American Practitioners beginning for everyone at the FIRST Equinox of 2025. The Universal Change and Work of extensive Magick and Medicine from thousands of Practitioners has already begun. With a strong Practitioner policy and with recommendations, properly vetted, and trained personnel to implement the Works that remain, we will take back our inalienable rights from our government.
The 2025 American Practitioner Project is being organized by National Black Hat Society and builds off it’s longstanding BHS “Ethics in Magick” and “Principles of Leadership,” which has been highly influential for Practitioners around the world for many years. Our Magick is IN MOTION.

While we understand the Constitution of the United States does not explicitly call out protected laws and statutes regarding immigration, it does address related topics that impact all immigrants.
As we know, the Constitution grants Congress the power to regulate immigration, and the Supreme Court has interpreted this power to apply to the admission and exclusion of non-citizens. These laws have been enacted for dozens of years, some enforced, some not.
Does this mean We the People want to break up families? No.
Not one of us would want our family separated. There are better and kinder ways than how we are allowing our Kindred to go about enforcing immigration laws and their reform …at the same time protecting American citizens of all classifications.
When read, the Constitution also guarantees birthright citizenship and protects immigrants' rights through the due process and equal protection clauses found therein. Congress is the only route to make Constitutional changes legally.
To break this down further:
IMMIGRATIONWhat is Congress's Power?
Congress has the power to make rules for admitting non-citizens, exclude non-citizens, and establish a uniform rule of naturalization.
What is the Supreme Court's Role? While the Supreme Court has no direct role in making these laws, it has upheld federal statutes that regulate immigration and has prevented states from passing legislation that directly impacts or counters federal immigration laws.
What protects “birthright citizenship”?
Easy. The 14th Amendment! The 14th Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship, which means that anyone born in the United States is a citizen.A ruling in an 1898 Supreme Court case -- United States v. Wong Kim Ark confirmed that children born in the U.S. to immigrant parents are citizens. It does not state those parents have to be citizens for this to occur. The principle has remained an undisturbed constitutional bedrock for over a century.
Your Rights as an Immigrant:
Due process
Immigrants have the right to be treated fairly in deportation hearings and criminal court proceedings.

FOR CHANGE
“The shift in energy is palpable. We’re Witches, we know magic when we see it. As Kamala says, When We Fight, We Win! Wise words I’ve lived by all my life in fighting for our community. She knows she can’t win this fight on her own. We have to fight with her and for her, for ourselves and our democracy.”
