Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias
a Response to EXECUTIVE ORDER
February 6, 2025

While this Executive Order is found to be a blatant use of fear tactics by those out of touch with their Society, it is also found to be provocative and exploitive by many Practitioners from many Paths, not just Pagans.  This Executive Order appears to be backed by half-truths, false history, and biased sentiments of a personal ideological nature that does not represent the freedoms afforded and guaranteed to ALL Americans.

2.3M more votes by the populus is well within an election;s margin of error and is NOT a “landslide victory”.  Those who have played the political game before understand how the electoral college can be corrupt and full of fear-mongering and intimidation of those who choose to walk that path in specific parties.  Without disclosing full details, there are things they do and say that are NOT legal in a specific party. Some of the worst fights seen have been through the delegate process of this particular party.

We know our enemy. We recognize who does not mean well for our personal lives and the Free Willed choices that we each make. We see how they operate.

Now, more so than ever, we must stand united regardless of our personal spiritual Path walked.  In 2023, 27% of Americans identified as religiously unaffiliated. (PRRI Census of American Religion) That is no small number to ignore and it continues to rise.  We do not fear those that govern us as the Will to live free is stronger.

With that stated, let us now address SECTION ONE of the Order.  We have to break this apart by section to clarify sources and offer verifiable truth in understanding. You can however follow the link to read the entire Order.  To many of us, there are simply too many holes in what is being put forth and forced onto We the People via these Orders.

All of our responses will be in a smaller font, italicized or in quotations as needed when making references to historical data or other information.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

     Section 1.  Purpose and Policy.
It is the policy of the United States, and the purpose of this order, to protect the religious freedoms of Americans and end the anti-Christian weaponization of government.  The Founders established a Nation in which people were free to practice their faith without fear of discrimination or retaliation by their government.

"Let me be a free man, free to travel, free to stop, free to work, free to trade where I choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to think and talk and act for myself"
~ Chief Joseph, Nimiipuu

The Founding Fathers of the United States had a variety of religious beliefs surrounding them.  This included the Earth-Based indigenous beliefs that existed amongst thousands in tribal nations before colonialism, and then Christianity, Deism, and Unitarianism at the advent of colonial America. Most of these were Protestants, and were raised in three main Christian traditions.

These traditions were:

Christian traditions

  • Anglicanism: The tradition of George Washington, John Jay, and Edward Rutledge

  • Presbyterianism: The tradition of Richard Stockton and the Rev. John Witherspoon

  • Congregationalism: The tradition of John Adams and Samuel Adams

Deism

  • A philosophical belief in human reason as a way to solve social and political problems

  • Deists believe in a supreme being who created the universe and then left it to operate by natural laws

Unitarianism

  • A religious belief that some scholars argue was held by the majority of the Founders

Other religions

  • Roman Catholicism, which was the tradition of Charles Carroll, Daniel Carroll, and Thomas Fitzsimmons

  • Quakerism, which was a Protestant group

  • Lutheranism, which was a Protestant group

  • Dutch Reformed, which was a Protestant group

The Earth-Based beliefs are defined as:
A variety of beliefs that align with Mother Nature, planet Earth, or various Goddesses and Gods. Some examples include pantheism, paganism, Wicca, Druidism, Sikhism, and Jainism.

There is an extremely wide variety of groups and beliefs that fall under Earth-Based beliefs, such as paganism, which is a polytheistic, nature-based religion;
Animism, which holds that all living entities (Plant and Animal Allies, even humans) possess a spirit energy; Wicca, which often holds the concept of an Earth Mother Goddess as well as a personal deity, practices, sabbats, and rituals.

The Founders believed that a person's faith should not be controlled by the government, and that religious doctrine should not be written into the laws of the country, known then to some as Turtle Island.

*This same information may be found in multiple resources around the world as well as written in specific books on the topic.

For that reason, the United States Constitution enshrines the fundamental right to religious liberty in the First Amendment.  Federal laws like the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2000bb et seq.), further prohibit government interference with Americans’ rights to exercise their religion.  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq.), prohibits religious discrimination in employment while Federal hate-crime laws prohibit offenses committed due to religious animus.

In the United States, the First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects ALL EARTH BASED paths, such as paganism from discrimination.

How?

First Amendment
The First Amendment protects the freedom of religious practice, which includes Paths like paganism. Another example, the Church of Wicca, a modern religion based on pre-Christian paganism, is also protected by the First Amendment.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
Title VII protects employees from discrimination based on religion in the workplace. This includes discrimination against employees who practice paganism.

DOD INSTRUCTION 1300.17
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY IN THE MILITARY SERVICES
Pursuant to the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, Service members have the right to observe the tenets of their religion or to observe no religion at all, as provided in this issuance.

b. In accordance with Section 533(a)(1) of Public Law 112-239, as amended, the DoD Components will accommodate individual expressions of sincerely held beliefs (conscience, moral principles, or religious beliefs) which do not have an adverse impact on military readiness, unit cohesion, good order and discipline, or health and safety. A Service member’s expression of such beliefs may not, in so far as practicable, be used as the basis of any adverse personnel action, discrimination, or denial of promotion, schooling, training, or assignment.

c. In accordance with Section 533(b) of Public Law 112-239, as implemented by DoD Instruction 1304.28, no Service member may require a chaplain to perform any rite, ritual, or ceremony that is contrary to the conscience, moral principles, or religious beliefs of the chaplain, nor may any Service member discriminate or take any adverse personnel action on the basis of the refusal by the chaplain to comply with such requirements. This does not preclude disciplinary or administrative action for conduct by a Service member that is proscribed by Chapter 47 of Title 10, U.S.C. (the Uniform Code of Military Justice), including actions and speech that threaten good order and discipline.

d. Requests for religious accommodation will be analyzed under the standard in Paragraph 1.2.e. of this issuance using the process in Section 3 of this issuance. Accommodation of practices reflecting a Service member’s sincerely held conscience or moral principles will be governed by the policies of the DoD Component concerned.

“I salute the light within your eyes where the whole universe dwells.
For when you are at that center within you and I am at that place within me,
we shall be one.”

~ Crazy Horse, Oceti Sakowin

SECTION 1 – COUNTER EXHIBIT C
Through court cases and policy changes, the U.S. government and its military have  come to acknowledge Earth-Based Paths such as Wicca as a protected religion, allowing service members to practice their Wiccan beliefs, with the most significant legal precedent being the broader recognition of Wicca as a religion in the court case "
Dettmer v. Landon" which established Wicca's right to First Amendment protections like other religions.
A key point to remember is we as a people just received this recognition.  There is currently no dedicated service member for the cleric duties of any Earth Based Path, but accommodations can be made if they are reasonable and the request does not compromise military readiness.

This goes for ALL Earth-Based Paths. We are ALL protected. Do not let them intimidate you. Protect your Sovereignty of Self.

If you feel you are being discriminated against for your religion or spiritual beliefs in the workplace, please contact your Human Resources department, a lawyer, or the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC). Those involved in the crime that took place in the Stare of Tennessee, were later pardoned by our Commander in Chief, all who were convicted violated this law by physically blocking the entrance into a lawful facility.  Video evidence may be found throughout the internet and news outlets showing their crimes.

The
FACE Act makes it a federal crime to use force, the threat of force, or physical obstruction to prevent individuals from obtaining or providing reproductive health care services.

"Reproductive health services" include medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services related to pregnancy or the termination of that pregnancy provided in a hospital, clinic, physician's office, or other facility that provides reproductive health services.”

FACE also authorizes reproductive health care providers, the state attorney general, and/or the federal government to bring civil lawsuits to get injunctions against these activities, or to obtain monetary damages.

Why was FACE passed?

During the 1980’s and early1990’s, clinic protests and blockades were on the rise. Violence against abortion providers was escalating across the country, culminating in the
murder of Dr. Gunn in March of 1993 outside a Pensacola, FL clinic and the attempted murder of Dr. Tiller in August of 1993 outside his Wichita, KS clinic. These incidents created urgency in Congress to pass new federal legislation to address the violence committed against reproductive health care facilities and providers and the denial of access to women seeking their services.

When was FACE passed?

FACE was passed by the U.S. Congress and signed into law by former President Clinton in May of 1994.

What does FACE prohibit?

FACE makes it illegal to intentionally use force, the threat of force, or physical obstruction to injure, intimidate, interfere with, or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with individuals obtaining or providing reproductive health care services. FACE also punishes anyone who intentionally damages or destroys a facility that provides reproductive health services.

Who does FACE protect?

• A facility or anybody who works at a facility that provides reproductive health services.

• Patients of facilities that provide reproductive health services.

• People accompanying patients, such as a parent, partner, or clinic escort. (We have Practitioners thay do this for this very reason.)

What is included in "reproductive health services"?

FACE covers more than just abortion services. "Reproductive health services" include medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services related to pregnancy or the termination of pregnancy provided in a hospital, clinic, physician's office, or other facility that provides reproductive health services.

Who is a "reproductive health care provider"?

Anybody or any facility that provides reproductive health services. Trained professionals who work in credentialed facilities are covered by FACE, as are staff necessary to the safe functioning of a facility, such as security guards, maintenance staff, and patient escorts. People who work in anti-choice reproductive health facilities, such as crisis pregnancy centers, are also covered by FACE.

Protesters such as sidewalk counselors who try to give information to women outside of reproductive health care facilities are not covered.”

We the People spoke in 1994 to enact this law of PROTECTION that is now being ignored which is a direct overstep of government into a personal Free Willed choice.

At the same time, Catholic churches, charities, and pro-life centers sought justice for violence, theft, and arson perpetrated against them, which the Biden Department of Justice largely ignored.  After more than 100 attacks, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning this violence and calling on the Biden Administration to enforce the law.

Then, in 2023, a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) memorandum asserted that “radical-traditionalist” Catholics were domestic-terrorism threats and suggested infiltrating Catholic churches as “threat mitigation.”  This later-retracted FBI memorandum cited as support evidence propaganda from highly partisan sources.

ECTION 1 – COUNTER EXHIBIT E
While most violent hate crimes are related to bias against another due to race, ethnicity, and national origin, there appears to be Radical Catholic on Catholic and Christian crimes.
(Press Release - PSP Clearinghouse)

We do consider this a form of oppression of religious freedom as well.

To define “radical Catholics”, or Radical Traditionalist Catholics,
it is a group of Catholics who hold conservative social views and reject the Vatican's ecumenical efforts. The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) describes them as a group of anti-Semites who may be the largest in the United States.

Religious freedoms must be protected for everyone, whether we walk that chosen Path or not. With that stated, isn’t it interesting that those who were convicted of FACE Act violations were from a state where these radicals reside? California, Oregon, Idaho and several other states have suffered damage at the hands of these groups  and we suspect they may be infiltrating our government offices as well.  Hence, FBI involvement.  And now, guess who our government is trying to lay off, or “buy out”? The very people looking into this for us.

There is a separation of Church and State. The only thing we believe any entity may legally do is protect the people. If Catholics are “in-fighting”, we as a sovereign nation are not to be involved in that.  The Church itself has fractured and fractured for thousands of years.  This is evidenced throughout history and we all know why.

P.S. Opus Dei is in the ear of those who penned the P2025 document for DJ. Is this beneficial to us as a people? Look at history and you will see your answer. Members of the Catholic Church participated in the burning of witches during the European witch trials. The Catholic Church supported and sometimes initiated public hunts for witches and the many pagans that have ALWAYS EXISTED.

Seek your Truth.  Live in your Truth.
Do not be fear-mongered into a belief not against your own. Protect your Personal Sovereignty.

The Biden Department of Education sought to repeal religious-liberty protections for faith-based organizations on college campuses.  The Biden Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sought to force Christians to affirm radical transgender ideology against their faith.  And the Biden Department of Health and Human Services sought to drive Christians who do not conform to certain beliefs on sexual orientation and gender identity out of the foster-care system.  The Biden Administration declared March 31, 2024 — Easter Sunday — as “Transgender Day of Visibility.

Easter is a "movable feast" day that is celebrated on a different Sunday each year, between March 22 and April 25.
The date is based on the lunar calendar and the first Full Moon after the Vernal Equinox.
The “Transgender Day of Visibility” is a SET DATE. Two different things. We consider this a weak statement to justify the inequality this Order deems.. #KnowledgeIsPower

In this atmosphere of anti-Christian government, hostility and vandalism against Christian churches and places of worship surged, with the number of such identified acts in 2023 exceeding by more than eight times the number from 2018.  Catholic churches and institutions have been aggressively targeted with hundreds of acts of hostility, violence, and vandalism.

My Administration will not tolerate anti-Christian weaponization of government or unlawful conduct targeting Christians.  The law protects the freedom of Americans and groups of Americans to practice their faith in peace, and my Administration will enforce the law and protect these freedoms.  My Administration will ensure that any unlawful and improper conduct, policies, or practices that target Christians are identified, terminated, and rectified.

Yet the previous Administration engaged in an egregious pattern of targeting peaceful Christians, while ignoring violent, anti-Christian offenses.  The Biden Department of Justice sought to squelch faith in the public square by bringing Federal criminal charges and obtaining in numerous cases multi-year prison sentences against nearly two dozen peaceful pro-life Christians for praying and demonstrating outside abortion facilities.  Those convicted included a Catholic priest and 75-year-old grandmother, as well as an 87-year-old woman and a father of 11 children who were arrested 18 months after praying and singing hymns outside an abortion facility in Tennessee as a part of a politically motivated prosecution campaign by the Biden Administration.  I rectified this injustice on January 23, 2025, by issuing pardons in these cases.

As an elected official of the United States, your chosen religion is a protected - personal - private FREE WILLED choice. We have established laws to Protect and Serve ALL UNITED STATES CITIZENS, not a select few. If those laws are broken in perpetration against ANY PERSON, they should be prosecuted for that violation, NOT PARDONED.

…this is a work in progress. We will continue to fight for ALL Practitioners Free Willed choices and rights.
