Stream Cycle Six
“Practical Integration” (Matter)
All Monad and Stream Cycle transitions come with an ending …and every ending comes with a symbolic death. Very significant, poignant, not easily forgotten memory that we can always recall or know.
During this time of disorientation and despair between these evolutionary places, a new beginning will emerge. We forget patience as the Universe moves on its own Time, and we move straight to depression. Right? WRONG. Wait for it. The pattern is always the same — an ending, followed by a period of confusion (or whatever emotional lens accessed to process the event), followed by a new beginning. In seasonal terms, we could describe it as the trees losing their leaves in Ulagohvsdi (the ending), a long Gola of discontent (a period of loss and emptiness), and the Joy of Gogeyi (the new beginning).
Are you ready for it?
The key to understanding transitions is to recognize these cycles occur NATURALLY when they occur and we work with them rather than having the fear that all is lost. This Stream Cycle is when we often learn to see how important humanity is for the Divine Experience. Some Paths and Practitioners believe it is correct if we strive to celebrate our Experience in existence by embracing Balance, Imbalance and the Harmony in between in everything we do. We begin to feel and sense our support system and realize how immense our support actually is. Because on this plane there is only one way to currently “be” in the physical form. Consider how many fathers you have. Now, consider how many mothers you have. Consider how many sisters and brothers. That is family, now what about friends? Co-workers? With knowledge of this support comes more responsibility to our humanity within and without.
The key term for this Stream Cycle is PRACTICAL INTEGRATION, how do we integrate what we know and how to apply this into life and relationships. Pentacles are the workhorses of tarot. These cards below are the apex of the workhorses in Major Arcana.
The Empress III
Charismatic, Loving, Sensual, Warm
The Empress says it is within her where new worlds (see, NEW) are conceived, turning thoughts into the material world. Have you been working in the astral? She organically forms her world through enveloping the mystery of Spirit as she generates it, or manifests, into the physical world.
This card introduces the Divine becoming tangible and the embodiment of all worlds. In the Marseille deck she holds a symbol of the Soul of Life which is Animal Ally Eagle which is the sign of the Scorpio. The Indigenous people across North America view the Ally Eagle as a sacred symbol of Strength, Wisdom, Courage, Honor, and Respect:
As we study the card, we see that she firmly holds a scepter that represents female energies which are receptive energies, never ending inexhaustible energies that generate a place and being where a Soul and flesh combine, ushering this being into a physical place. The same is true when we Work to our Highest Benefit in the Astral.
The Waite, Rider, Smith Deck has 11 stars placed on the Empress’ crown whereas older cards show no stars or nine stars floating around her head. Some say the nine stars represent the nine months of gestation, yes, she is understood to be pregnant. Eleven usually means it is the master number in physics. Stars are also our distant home as we are made of the stars, or of the same basic materials.
Thoth Tarot - The Empress
Both the Waite, Rider, Smith deck and the Marsrille deck removed this symbol in their decks. Some who know this share it in readings along with the lore in order to keep Knowledge alive. In some decks you can still find the mass removed crescent moon under the Empress’ foot. You can see this moon in the Bohemian Deck, too.
The waters of gestation are also sometimes referred to as the River of Life. Her foot on the moon says she is in control of the River of Life. She is the master of her moon cycle. As we know, there have been times when this power was stripped from our females en mass. Still is limited in some places, but we fight with others, outside of us, to control our bodies — our insides, as females. #FemaleSovereignty Some think that is why this symbolism was removed.
Another item Waite, Rider, Smith deck removed from this card was the Empresses’ wings. Representing at our core we are radiant flyers carrying Spirit to this physical world through flesh or scales or fur or feather.
Justice XI
Well balanced, Strong sense of justice
Justice wears the sign of the sun on her crown which is replaced in the Waite, Rider, Smith deck with a square emerald. (This card is still the counter balance to the other card. It represented the Moon and this one the Sun.)
It is also perceived by some as The Empress is “Spirit in Matter” and Justice is “Matter in Spirit”. BALANCE. Yin and Yang. The sign of the sun is a dot inside a circle. She holds an upright sword in one hand and a balanced scale in the other hand. This card says learn how to live in balance by studying the nature of things, as nature is found to be natrually unfolding with every season. This jewel or sun sign says, nature seems to be balanced . As ill perceived as humanity is sometimes —- however it too is already balanced according to nature’s justice and the Universal Soul.
Some feel that we can only try to blow up the Earth.
In Justice, she holds a pair of scales echoing the same fluid principle of cosmic balance/imbalance. Saying it is good to be balanced at times and not balanced other times. Balance is stillness with all it offers and imbalance causes one to move into a new thing or direction, this is equally beneficial as well. See how Justice is not sitting on a throne but a simple bench. Justice does not need to be given outwardly confirmations because she understands her balanced principles give her confirmation.
Justice screams Sixth Stream Cycle.
Justice as deemed by natural Balance.
