Shadow, Ego, Soul Work

To date, we have covered many topics on Shadow, Ego and Soul Work in both Wahya and Golanv Circles.  Recall when the Unhealed Shadow is suppressed by the Unhealthy Ego, it has no choice but to make itself known by “acting out,” and projecting itself onto those around us that we love and others who may be simply strangers or bystanders to our lives. These things can go on wreaking havoc like a child throwing a tantrum for attention, or we can heal them. Shadow Work is the process by which the Ego chooses to accept and integrate the Shadow. This is a conscious effort.

For Soul Work, we usually have to heal the present to work on our Life Lines effectively. Soul Work is understood to be the contemplative practice of turning inwards and rediscovering our True Nature in the present moment FIRST. Quite literally, Soul Work means doing the Soul's work of going within and coming back home to Spirit. Every Soul has AN ETERNITY to Work with. Familial. Community. Global. There are aspects in both Spirit and Matter to look at and analyze.

It is now time to check in on our work on Self in those aspects, growth and progress before we move further in our Third Degree with Yona Circle.

FIRST
Answer in two paragraphs or more, “where do I stand with each aspect overall for Shadow, Ego, and Soul Work?”

SECOND
Utilizing the tarot deck of your choice, draw a card for each aspect asking:
“what do I need to know in regards to…”

Shadow, Ego and Soul Work respectively. 

Please submit the name of the deck utilized, what card was drawn, book meaning, your interpretation. And a PICTURE OF THE CARD.  (Can be a grouping in the order of Shadow, Ego, and Soul Work.)

THIRD
After drawing and interpreting for each aspect, answer this question:

“Does the SECOND activity confirm, refute or expound upon the aspects from the FIRST? How does it? If it does not, what may the card be referring to?
