A strong Practitioner of Magick and Medicine is not simply strong in the mind, they are strong in the body too. The ONLY caveat to that is “withing their capability”. If you are a quadriplegic, you can move your neck muscles to strengthen them. If you are morbidly obese, you can move your arm muscles as well as your upper body to strengthen them. There are very few reasons why a human being “cannot” do this strengthening of the only body of Matter we receive in each Experience.
Have you continued this work? Do you take care of Self and your body of Matter?
This commitment to Self is not a light one, it is lifelong, just as are the Lessons you learn here at Golanv Circle. It will take energy mentally, physically and spiritually to remain a strong Practitioner on your chosen Path. With that said, today is a physical check in, a wellness check for body and mind.
Below you will find a video from a very resourceful Practitioner and teacher of yoga. You may or may not be familiar with her, depending on where you have traveled on your Journey since Wahya Circle. You may even have your own exercise routine, yoga instructor, or another activity besides regular meditation to strengthen the mind that lends to your well-being. After all, we all understand that the human animal is not here to “lay down”. Nothing about laying down benefits a human body. With that, take a few minutes and participate as best you can with the video below and answer the questions that follow.

How did each arm feel to you as you did it?
5 For the counted breath cycles Adriene counts for us at the end,
at what cycle number county did you find it became difficult for you or were you able to complete the cycles of breath?
6 What pearls did she offer for learning yoga?
