For this week’s task, we are going to psychically connect the ground we physically live upon to the land we psychically connect to, especially that around our psychic altar that we have built. Most of us have alrady built a “path'“ or a way from where we generally meditate to our Psychic Meeting Place but this solidfies the practice. This will be easy recall for ALL of this manifestation, Conscious and Unconscious. Anyone of us who travel to the Meeting Place will ALWAYS be able to go there. IT IS NEVER LOCKED to anyone, not even when they leave 3CMM upon graduation.

(In time, we do aim to create an online group to meet and discuss and share our Experiences there.)

Just as in the physical world, our psychic world that we are connected to can go through seasons. Even if our place that we have Crafted is a peaceful, continually misty mountainside villa, it can be effected/affected by what surrounds it, or us and what energies surround us in Matter AND in Spirit.

Allow Spirit time to take stock in that and make homeostatic adjustments. If you work cohesively with Spirit of Place in personal practices, it will aid in creating balance, strength, grounding and many other beneficial purposes and energies to access for our Willed Intent.

We choose this time of year to examine the Spirit of Place to begin at the base, that which exists without sunlight, warmth, too little or too much water, etc. Autumn and Winter, hemisphere depending, allow this “naked” view in the most clear way related to our Five Senses. To capture it, to seamlessly fit it into our practices, to charge the Character or Energy of Place to serve its --or our community, to our Highest Benefit, a Practitioner must consider what they Experience at that site. Most of Yona’s Third Degree Circle has been doing this as evidenced by the email communications copied to 3CMM.

This neatly ties together two concepts we have already covered in previous Lessons.

Remote Viewing and Reality Mapping are the two tasks we have already taken on and Experienced. Now, we must endeavor to bring that physical place into our psyche place when we visit Consciously and visa versa.

Have you been flexing your psychic muscles?

Let us look at it another way. We have meditated into our preferred state of spirit and are viewing our psychic altar space. What do you see? Is it just a few things that have been built in meditation that appear each time there is a visit or we “go in”? Are you able to describe in sensory terms what is around or accompanying what has been built? What do you see without breathing it a new “life”? (What appears “naturally”.) Does the altar reside on the sand now? Has it moved to a mountainside? Library? Ice castles?

What is around your altar?

These are things we control or are aware of, but now we are going to exert our Will to solidify what we do see and acknowledge and what we do not.

Because we are dealing with Spirit of Place, understand that the psychic altar may already be psychically in the place we live physically — even if for a moment. We are going to project it to reside “above” our dwelling/living space now if you have not.

“As above, so below”

You can always move your altar back to your “escape” or “ideal” place, but it also resides within you simultaneously — in your liminal space wherever you may physically be. It is a power that cannot be taken from you. Not your altar, not your access to the crystal communication network of the world, none of this can be taken from you as long as you can THINK. This is considered a critical skill for Practitioners of many Paths to possess for all humans in a time of crisis, global or local.


PURPOSE
This exercise is to recognize the Spirit of Place and to allow the energy of that place to work with you in your endeavors and Crafts PSYCHICALLY.

To learn of this power, we are going to look at one spot of the property we reside on. It does NOT matter if you “own” or “rent” the land. The Land owns itself in its sovereignty cannot be ended by something of Matter being on it, even a church or land fill, and we are all guests and a part of its Spirit. Be gracious. Be open to its Knowledge.

Let us begin.


Looking first at Mother Earth, what do you see around your dwelling? How would you describe the soil and rock content beneath you? Have you ever thought about it, or accessed it? Did you bury your crystal Access Point there? Is there Water represented? How about Fire? (Simply having sunlight fall upon the land allows the presence of Fire.)

What plants do you see? Did you plant them or do they occur naturally? Plant Allies/ How about animal life? Animal Allies? Bugs? Spiders? Coyotes? Cats? All of this Spirit matters. It can all be transferred to your altar space by its own Will if it is telling/sharing something with you, OR you can call upon it!

This is our focus this week. NOT just the “agreed upon” time.

Once you have completed this task, you will more easily be able to go anywhere on the planet and psychically call up your Spirit of Place from what you consider “home” or your base of operations. The Plant and Animal Allies you begin to recognize can offer Knowledge from ANY place. Can teach. Can heal. Can hurt. It is a great strength to have in your magickal practices. All you have to do is hone in and learn to more accurately utilize the power.
